2nd Grade Spotlight
The second grade class enjoyed Thanksgiving preparations. They took some time during Friday afternoon to make turkeys out of candy. The turkeys consisted of Oreos, Whoppers, candy corn and red hots. How did they get all the candy to stay together to make their unique turkey treats? Chocolate frosting.

Library and Art are just two of the special classes the 2nd graders participate in throughout the week. Today Mrs. Poore's class finished their Mosaic Op Art while Mrs. Stone's class read a story called If You Give a Pig a Pancake and checked out some of their favorite books. The elective classes at Wilson Christian do much more for our students than get them out of their regular classrooms for a few minutes. Each special class is designed to build well-rounded individuals.
